1980: Graduate of Montclair State University

  • 1987-92, Kansas State, Strength Coach

Boston College, Director of Strength & Conditioning Operations
Jacksonville Jaguars Strength & Conditioning coach

  • 1999, named Professional Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society Coach of the year
  • 2003, New Orleans Saints' S&C Assistant coach
  • 2004, joined New York Giants Strength and Fitness Coach by Giants Head Coach Tom Coughlin
  • 2007, Samson's Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society as Coach of the year

Winning Super Bowl Appearances

  • 2007 & 2010

Other Accomplishments

  • 1984, master's degree in exercise physiology, North Carolina
  • 1976-78, three-time New Jersey Golden Gloves champion
  • 1978-79, competed internationally on USA Boxing Teams
